Equestrian ranch for sale offers ‘seclusion and serenity’ in Washington. Take a look
A horse ranch with some serious amenities and a whole lotta space has landed on the real estate market in the intimate town of Cusick, Washington, for $14 million.
Buck Quarter Ranch, a 900-acre equestrian estate, is considered a “heart-warming haven” — one that is packed with goodies and vividly stunning views from almost every corner — according to a news release.
“Nestled amid the breathtaking landscapes of Northeastern Washington, Buck Quarter Ranch embraces its guests with a sense of seclusion and serenity,” listing agent Cassandra Petersen said in the release. “Sprawling across 900 acres of pristine land, this equestrian estate offers a private compound off the grid, yet conveniently accessible to recreational and metropolitan areas.”
The property is made up of seven structures, including a primary residence, log cabin, and a guest house and almost feels like it’s separated from the rest of the world.
“(The ranch) is like its own town,” Petersen told Mansion Global. “I’ve never sold a whole town before.”
The main house is made up of 12,000 square feet and has some deluxe features, including:
Vaulted ceilings
Two-story fireplace
“Imported chandeliers”
The spa, which is connected to the main house, has a lap pool, children’s pool, whirlpool, sauna, steam room and gym.
There is even enough space to build on in order to make it a personalized oasis.
“It could be a getaway for someone in the tech sector or the celebrity world who wants to use it as a private resort,” Petersen said to Mansion Global.
The property is in Pend Oreille County, which has a population of 13,000 and is within “an hour’s reach” of Spokane, the release said.
The listing is held by Petersen, who is affiliated with the Pacific Palisades office of Coldwell-Banker Realty, and Megan and Rich Watson of The Watson Group of Compass.
