Seems like a fiancée isn’t all that Matthew Perry has been clearing out of his life as of late. The ‘Friends’ star — who called off his engagement to literary agent Molly Hurwitz just days after the premiere of “Friends: The Reunion” aired on HBO Max — recently sold his oceanfront Malibu home for $13.1 million. And yesterday, Perry unloaded his Century City penthouse for a whopping $21.6 million to an unnamed buyer from China, who reportedly outbid Stacey Feinberg — the ex-wife of bitcoin-rich hedge-fund manager Jeffrey Feinberg — for the deluxe condo.

Spanning the entire 40th floor of The Century building — a 42-story, Robert A.M. Stern Architects-designed luxury condo tower nestled along Century City’s Avenue of the Stars — the mansion-sized flat was originally offered at $35 million back in 2019, though the pricetag was later chopped to $23 million. Perry paid $20 million for the unit in 2017 and subsequently remodeled its 9,300 square feet of living space, so it’s unlikely he made any sort of profit on this deal.

In any case, the new owner of the four-bedroom, 6.5-bath “mansion in the sky” will be coming home to contemporary yet classic living space renovated and upgraded by architect Scott Joyce and interior designer LM Pagano during Perry’s tenure. Complete with breathtaking vistas stretching from Downtown Los Angeles across the Santa Monica Mountains to the Pacific Ocean, the place has four massive wraparound terraces.

Among the other highlights: a lavish, state-of-the-art movie theater and broad entrance galley perfect for showing off artwork or collectibles. There’s also a spacious living room with a duo of fireplaces; formal dining room that seats 25; small den with fireplace; and professional chef’s kitchen outfitted with two large marble-topped islands, high-end appliances, a wine refrigerator and breakfast nook. An opulent master suite holds a cozy seating area with fireplace, dual baths and walk-in closets, and stellar views via a semi-circular bank of soaring windows.

Topping it all off are plenty of building amenities — courtesy of a hefty $8,814.41 monthly HOA charge — which include a 24/7 valet, doorman, concierge, a wine cellar, screening room, 75-foot lap pool with cabanas, gym and fitness studio, library, restaurant, and 4 acres of gardens with outdoor dining rooms, fountains and botanical walking paths.

Perry, 51, played Chandler Bing on all 10 seasons of the hit 1990s sitcom and was among the six main cast members who returned for the recent reunion special. The event was the first time the whole cast was in the same place discussing the series since its ending after 10 seasons in 2004. Though he apparently spends much of his time in New York City these days, Perry still is a part-time L.A. guy — he has a Pacific Palisades cottage, purchased for $6 million last year.

The listing was held by Greg Holcomb and Cassandra Petersen of Compass, with James Harris and David Parnes of The Agency repping the buyer.
